Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Please prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines below before submitting tp International Journal of IoT, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation (IJIESIA)
Manuscript Types

File Format
- Submit as Microsoft Word (.docx)
- Include page numbers
- Use a clear, readable font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt)
Authors using LaTeX must submit:
- All LaTeX source files (.tex)
- Figure files
- Bibliography files (.bib)
- A compiled PDF for reference
Manuscript Structure
- Title
- Author names and affiliations
- ORCID iD for corresponding author (recommended for all)
- Abstract (max 250 words)
- 3–6 keywords
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Results and Analysis
- Discussion and Conclusion
- Acknowledgements
- Conflict of Interest Statement
- References
Ethical Requirements
- Submission is original and not under review elsewhere
- All sources are properly cited
- Ethical approval is required for research involving humans or animals
- Manuscripts may be checked for plagiarism
Figures and Tables
- Include figures/tables within the manuscript for initial review
- Provide clear, descriptive captions
References
Use one of the following citation styles:
Be consistent throughout the manuscript.
ORCID
- Corresponding author must provide an ORCID iD
- Co-authors are encouraged to include ORCID iDs
- After publication, authors may add the article to their ORCID record using the DOI.
Submissions
All manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system only.
Email/WhatsApp submissions are strictly NOT accepted.

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official journal template.

References and Citations
All manuscripts must include complete and accurate references for every cited source.
Online Sources
When citing online materials such as journal articles, reports, webpages, datasets, preprints, or conference papers, authors are encouraged to include one of the following where available:
- A DOI (Digital Object Identifier)
- A stable URL linking to the original source
Providing a DOI or stable link helps ensure that cited materials can be easily located and verified by readers.
Verification Standard
- References should be accurate and correspond to the cited material.
- Links, when provided, should be functional and publicly accessible.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring the correctness and completeness of all citations.
Editorial Review
During the editorial assessment process, references may be reviewed for clarity, completeness, and consistency with the selected citation style (APA, IEEE, or Vancouver).
Authors are encouraged to verify all references prior to submission.
Acceptance Certificate
The journal provides an official acceptance certificate for all published articles. The certificate becomes available immediately after publication and can be downloaded directly from the author’s submission dashboard.
Authorship Guidelines
- The journal recommends that manuscripts include no more than 4–5 authors.
- All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research and manuscript preparation.
- For submissions with more than 5 authors, a detailed author contribution statement must be provided.
- The editorial team reserves the right to request clarification regarding authorship contributions.
