Effective Date: Upon introduction of Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Current Status

IJIESIA currently does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs). Therefore, no refunds are applicable at this time.

Refund Policy (If APCs Are Introduced)

  • APCs are generally non-refundable once the editorial review or production process has commenced.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate or erroneous payments.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment confirmation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway, transaction, or banking charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

How to Request a Refund

Authors must submit the following information:

  • Payment receipt or transaction reference number
  • Manuscript ID
  • Clear explanation for the refund request
