Refund Policy

Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid for accepted manuscripts support editorial management, peer-review administration, article production, digital hosting, indexing preparation, and long-term archiving.

• APCs are generally non-refundable once the editorial review or production process has commenced.
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate or erroneous payments.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment confirmation.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Payment gateway, transaction, or banking charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Publication Stage Limitation

Once an article has entered the final production stage, has been assigned a DOI, or has been published online, the APC becomes non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of any author-requested withdrawal after publication preparation or release.

How to Request a Refund

Authors must submit the following information:

• Payment receipt or transaction reference number
• Manuscript ID
• Clear explanation for the refund request
