Payment Terms & Conditions

Journal: International Journal of IoT, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation (IJIESIA)

1. Scope

These Payment Terms & Conditions govern Article Processing Charges (APCs) and any related publication payments applicable to manuscripts accepted for publication in IJIESIA.

2. Article Processing Charges (APC)

IJIESIA applies Article Processing Charges (APCs) for accepted manuscripts to support editorial management, peer-review administration, article production, digital hosting, indexing preparation, and long-term archiving.

The detailed APC structure, including applicable amounts and currency, is published on the journal’s official APC Fees page.

3. Payment Timing

APC payment is requested only after a manuscript has been formally accepted following the peer-review process. Article production and publication will begin after payment confirmation.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Secure Online Payment Gateway

5. Author Responsibility

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment once an invoice has been issued. Any bank or payment processing charges associated with the transaction are the responsibility of the author.

6. Refunds

APC payments are generally non-refundable once the article production process has started. Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions.

7. Policy Updates

IJIESIA reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. The version published on the journal website at the time of payment will apply.
